It's been a fun couple of months with the kids' on school holidays, our awesome trips away on the cruise and just recently to Noosa but now the little ones are back at school - it's back to business for me!

This week I'm introducing a new feature, Dani's Food Diary, which is a great way of sharing some of my favourite recipes with you and getting back to basics. My girlfriends have mentioned to me that they want to see more of the food I eat on a day to day basis so here it is, my personal food diary!
