Place a preorder and skip the wait. All you need is a 5 lb. meat order.
(Sorry no sandwiches or featured items allowed).

 Last call for BBQ before we close for remodeling 

This week will be your last chance to get your BBQ fix. Our contractors need us to close to finish our expansion/remodeling the weeks of June 19 and June 26th.
We will not be open for business those 2 weeks


But there is some good news......

While we will not be open for regular service the week prior to the July 4th holiday, we will be smoking whole briskets and slabs of pork ribs for pickup on Thursday June 30th. They will be sold as whole slabs and whole briskets only, chilled and vac packed and ready for your holiday weekend.
The deadline to submit your order will be 4pm Thursday, June 23rd.
The average cooked brisket is 6 lbs. and average rack of pork ribs is 3.5 lbs. Both will be sold whole only, chilled and uncut. We'll be happy to provide reheating instructions.

Place your order via our website on the preorder page, available on a first come first serve basis, so place your order early.

As a courtesy to those in line behind you, we kindly ask that you place 1 complete order per person and allow us to wrap meats in bulk, (no seperate packages). 
We appreciate your cooperation, so does the guy behind you!

The Pitmaster has been hard at work making sure there's plenty of 'Que for ya!

Come in between 1:00 - 2:00 when the line dies down and order up the tasty BBQ you've been craving. If you're worried that we'll be out of food, just call our hotline 972-805-0999 and we'll tell ya what we have left. We'll be serving up our tasty "Que" all the way till 2:00!!
