Over the last five weeks, war has engulfed Ukraine and a humanitarian crisis soon followed. The outpouring of support and aid from private citizens and organizations alike has been tremendous. The municipalities of Brabant have also mobilized to help keep residents informed and consolidate aid efforts.

To find out more, please check the websites of the municipalities of Breda, Eindhoven, and Tilburg. You can also find out how to contribute at The Netherlands Red Cross, Refugee Help, and Foundation Ukrainians in the Netherlands.

Joel Möllering (ASML) is coordinating efforts with ASML colleagues and beyond to create trustworthy networks of people to deliver aid to Ukrainan refugees. They match those who would like to help through donations, volunteering, or otherwise to those in need. He and his girlfriend are also hosting two refugees from Dnipro in their home.

Tanya Lagoda (De Lage Landen) and her family are hosting five Ukrainians from Irpin and Kyiv in their home. The main goal is to get them back to a kind of "normal" in Eindhoven, which can be done together with the help of others. To see how you can help, check out the Oekraïners in Nederland Facebook group.
