When temperatures plummeted a few weeks ago, a Westchester elementary school was faced with an alarming situation: a six-year-old girl arrived at school shivering, without a coat. Thanks to WJCS Kids' Kloset, by dismissal time the child had been given a winter coat and was warmly dressed for the trip home.
