Partnership with EVONIK

Evonik is one of the world's leading specialty chemicals companies. Set up in 2007 in Essen, Germany, they now employ around 33,000 people. They are now located in 25 countries, with activities all over the world. Evonik concentrate on high-growth megatrends, especially health, nutrition, resource efficiency and globalization.

EYCN is delighted to have formed such a strong relationship with this international company, with Evonik becoming the first contracted partner of EYCN.

The contract was signed on Friday April 10th between the chair of EuCHeMS, David Cole-Hamilton, and Anne McCarthy, the representative of Evonik Industries Germany, in the presence of Frederique Backaert (chair of EYCN at the time).

Thanks to this sponsorship, EYCN will be able to envision years in advance their activities towards the promotion of chemistry beyond Europe. This signature is the first step in a long and fruitful collaboration and EYCN is proud of it. All EYCN representatives want to thank Evonik Industries for their faith and support.
