Tree & Bench Program
Our Commemorative Tree & Bench Program allows friends and family the opportunity to honor loved ones by purchasing a tree or bench to be placed in an available location established and maintained by KC Parks staff. The deadline for Spring tree planting is Feb 1st. More>>

MLK Day Nature Walk
The weather forecast looks great for our annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Nature Walk on the banks of Brush Creek. KC Parks and the Heartland Conservation Alliance invite you to honor the spirit, work, and relevant words of Dr. King, Jr. on Monday, January 16th by participating in the restorative nature walk led by Nova Clarke from U.S. Fish and Wildlife.
