Sunday, August 30th, 4:30-6:00pm: POETRY Open Mic. Session Two. Come on by for the second of our Poetry series (the first one, so good), bring a poem to read, or just sit back and take it in. Hosted by No. Six Depot manager and great poet, Steven Amash. Steven is publishing a book of his poetry which'll be out soon and available at the cafe (and other places), but we'll talk about that party later:)
Sunday, September 13th, 3-5pm: WAM Theatre FreshTakes: THE EFFECT written by Lucy Prebble (photo below) and directed by WAM Director Kristen Van Ginhoven. In this clinical and funny romance two young volunteers, Tristan and Connie, agree to take part in a experimental drug trial. Succumbing to the gravitational pull of attraction and love they manage to throw the trial off-course, much to the frustration of the clinicians involved. Shows usually sell out, so book tickets through WAM early $20.
Friday, September 18th, 8-10 pm:DON McGRORY DELTA BLUES in the gallery. Come out to hear West Stockbridge's own, sing it and play it straight.
Sunday, September 27th, 3-4:30pm: Jessica Roemischer piano concert in the gallery. Enjoy a relaxing fall Sunday afternoon in the gallery with beautiful music, friends, food and drink.
