OSBA Meeting with Competitive Procurement Review Team - March 10th

OSBA representatives will be meeting again with the Student Transportation Review Team (STRT) to reiterate OSBA perspectives and suggestions for improving competitive procurement in this province.

The past several months, Justice Campbell and his Review Team have been hearing from school boards, consortia, and transportation service providers large and small.  Several written submissions and sample documentation have been forwarded to the Team by OSBA that outline issues of concern to industry.  We are optimistic that the Review Team will develop recommendations that, if accepted as best practice, will resolve many issues for all stakeholders in student transportation.  Members are encouraged to submit their opinions, ideas, alternatives and suggestions to OSBA (
info@osba.on.ca) so that we may continue to represent all member interests at the Review table.  Or simply call or email President Les Cross directly at 705.229.6835 president@osba.on.ca
