Just say "Alexa, set a light alarm for 7am with my bedroom light"
An Alexa light alarm* will gradually brighten your bedroom smart lights in the 3 minutes leading up to the time you set it for. So you can basically mimic the sun rising in your bedroom, but at the exact time when you want it to :)
It's lovely to wake up to the lights gradually coming on -- which is why an Alexa light alarm really is the perfect addition to your stay-at-home schedule.
And there's no need to worry about oversleeping when you try this new feature: your regular Alexa alarm will ring at its set time too!
Do This Now: Set a light alarm for tomorrow morning! Just say "Alexa, set a light alarm for 7am with (insert name of your smart light)." You can also tack on an "every weekday" to the end of the Alexa command if you'd like.
