Alexa shopping is faster & better than ever with the Echo Show

#1. With Echo Show's display, you can see products before they arrive on your doorstep

You can search, research and compare products on the Echo Show screen much like you do on a tablet or your phone. This multi-sensory capability adds a comfort level to Alexa shopping that’s just not there with an Echo smart speaker.

#2. Just say "Alexa, show me Kleenex" to browse

(Insert any item in place of "Kleenex!") Alexa will show relevant products from Amazon and describe the first result. You can scroll and tap via the touch screen or use your voice to browse through the options and detailed descriptions. Check out VoiceBrew's list of the 3 things you should always order with Alexa.

#3. Checking out with Echo Show is a snap

Just say “Alexa, buy this” or tap “Buy This,” and the items will be on their way! (Note that this will only work for Prime members with designated 1-click payment and shipping address preferences.) You can also say “Alexa, add this to my cart” and it’ll be there whenever you’re ready to check out.

Pro Tip: Turn on Alexa reorder notifications, and never run out again!

Your Echo Show will flash a reminder on the display to reorder the things you buy most frequently (like paper towel, dog food or anything else), proving once and again Alexa is pretty genius. Tap/click here to opt in to this super-helpful service.

Alexa Answers' crowdsourced Q&A has gone live!

With Alexa Answers, Amazon is allowing all Alexa users to help answer obscure curveball questions through a new Alexa Answers website. Anyone can go to the website, browse questions like "Who wrote the score for Lord of the Rings?" or "Where was Barbara Bush buried?" and add an answer for Alexa to share with customers who ask that question. Tap/click here to read more.
