The 3 things you should always reorder with Alexa:

But first, here's why reordering from Amazon with Alexa is faster than reordering through the Amazon app or website... Alexa knows your order history, so if you say "Alexa, buy walnuts on Amazon," she will ask if you want to buy the ones you recently purchased. And all you have to do is respond "Yes." Super easy!

#1. Household items

Detergent, trash bags, paper towel, windex, light bulbs and any other household item you can think of. When you run out, just say "Alexa, buy more paper towel (insert item name)" to reorder the paper towel you last ordered.

#2. Non-perishable food

I have Alexa reorder coffee, oatmeal, cereal, walnuts, coconut water, even the Chaga Mushroom Elixer I mix into a glass of water each morning (it's gross, but I'll do anything to keep from getting sick).

#3. Kid supplies

What is it about children that has you going to your local convenience store twice a day to stock up on diapers, wipes, hand sanitizers, sunscreen, batteries, yo-yo's, etc.? Use Alexa to keep your kid supplies stocked instead.

Nolan Bushnell releases Alexa-powered murder mystery board game

From Atari and Chuck E. Cheese founder Nolan Bushnell, St. Noire is a groundbreaking Alexa-based board game in which players solve a murder in the mysterious and dark town of St. Noire with clues provided through Alexa. St. Noire is the first game to market from X2 Games, the company he co-founded with Hollywood creative director Zai Ortiz.

What I like best about the concept of St. Noire is that it takes a familiar experience like playing a board game (I play board games all the time with my friends) and makes it more multi-dimensional by adding Alexa.

I had the opportunity to demo the board game when it was first announced at the Alexa Conference in January, and since then I've been eagerly awaiting its release. Tap/click here to order the game now!
