Just say "Alexa, dial (contact's name)"
Ring any of your contacts just by asking Alexa. Alexa will place the call, and you can talk to the person on the other end of the line through your Echo speaker (just as if you were talking to Alexa). You'll notice that while you're on the call, your Echo's light ring will be green. Making phone calls doesn't get easier than this!
Pro Tip: Check out Alexa's drop in feature -- it's like a two-way intercom that lets you communicate with someone on the end of another Echo speaker -- but without anyone having to answer the "call." Just say "Alexa, drop in on (contact's name such as mom)" or drop in from the Alexa app. There are so many great reasons to use drop in -- like when you're trying to reach someone at home who isn't answering their phone or to surprise mom with an unexpected hello. And don't worry: only people you specifically assign drop-in privileges can drop in on you!
Do This Now: Set-up for making calls is easy, free & fast!
