Sleep is critical for learning, emotion regulation, and other aspects of daytime functioning. Unfortunately, sleep problems are common in infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
In this workshop, you will learn about factors that contribute to poor sleep and what to do about them. You will learn practical tips to help your young child develop healthy sleep habits and to address problems with bedtime, night wakings, behaviors, and nighttime fears.
