Where There’s A Will, We’ll Find A Way

In recent newsletters, we’ve shared details about the shortage of housing inventory that still exists. While that can present challenges for buyers, it is not an absolute seller's market anymore due to the recent jump in interest rates. Sellers have to be careful to evaluate various terms of the offer, (including appraisal and loan contingencies) not just the highest offer price.  There are more opportunities now than before to get a deal on a home while securing a relatively low interest rate.

We are a few weeks into what is traditionally the busiest month in real estate, and despite the record-setting home sale prices and bidding wars we’ve seen over the past year, there are many people eager to get into a new home. We have buyers ready to start their search, and listings that are ramping up during this spring selling season. We also have a number of off-market listing that are coming soon that might be the right fit for you.

We are committed to each and every buyer and seller we represent, and we thank them for putting their faith in our experience and expertise. We will always find a way to make their home buying or selling journey a fulfilling one.

May the renewal of spring bring joy to you and your family.

Our Neighborhoods

We appreciate the unique neighborhoods that make up the greater Los Angeles area and wanted to share the spaces and the places where we enjoy working and playing!  First up is Culver City.

Culver City - The Heart of Screenland

Founded in 1917 by Henry Culver, who named the city after himself, Culver began luring filmmakers to build their studios here. Metro Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), Cecil B. DeMille, David O. Selznick, RKO, Desilu and Culver all built film and television production studios here. More recently Amazon, Apple and HBO moved in offering video streaming services.

With tree-lined streets and a busy downtown scene, Culver City is home to restaurants, bars, unique museums, parks and the iconic wedge-shaped Culver Hotel. All 124 munchkins resided in this famous hotel while filming “The Wizard of Oz'' where an underground tunnel was built so these actors could easily travel to and from the set.

Our Team

The Highland Premiere team is dedicated to our clients and communities.
We asked our team member Preeti Reddy what motivated her to join the Highland Premiere family.

Here’s what she had to say:

What attracted me to Highland Premiere was the quality of the people who work here. When I first met Vivian, I knew immediately that she has the personality and is the kind of broker that I wanted to model myself after. For me, her vibrant energy and knowledge of real estate really sealed the deal. She is representative of all the agents at Highland Premiere, who really take on a personal and boutique approach and always put their clients first.

I previously worked in sales, fashion, and home design, and am most proud of my ability to identify my interests, leave my former career, and follow my passion for real estate. Sometimes starting over in life can be daunting, but I really feel that my previous experiences in those different industries serve me well in relating to my clients and helping them find their dream home.
