I am delighted to share with you three initiatives we are launching to support your feedback and desire to find innovative ways to further build you and your team's skills in leading and driving change.
1. Big Picture: The stories and suggested actions in our blogs and newsletters will be tied to the Burke Litwin Model of Organizational Performance and Change. This framework describes 12 organizational variables and the relationships between them. Because the variables interact, a change in any one of them can eventually impact the others. This model will be useful to you by explaining not only how organizations perform but also how they can be changed. Each month, expect to learn from the experience and perspectives of change leaders from around the world tied to the 12 dimensions of the model. 2. Daily Inspiration: Quick! What is the one behavior, idea, action or guiding principle that helps YOU drive and lead change? Let me know NOW before you read on! We'll create a one-page list of your responses in an upcoming post later this month so that you have a Leading and Driving Change Ready Reference to share with your teams. Expect more Change Ready References to be published throughout the year...and please contribute your ideas so that others may learn from your wisdom, too. 3. Let's Talk: Our inaugural 'Dinner with 10 Changers' series 2013 was a noted success in providing a small group venue for change leaders to share, learn, relax, laugh and inspire. Let me know if you are interested in attending one of these engaging dinners to be offered throughout the year.
