Welcome Zebracorns!

We're off and rolling!  Please be sure you are checking Slack regularly.  We will have a presentation from our strategy team tonight and a decision will need to be made as a team for how we proceed. Please take the quiz below seriously as your score on it will determine your participation in the discussion tonight.

[NEW] Rules Quiz!

There is a rules quiz that EVERYONE participating in the upcoming team strategy discussion must score at least a 22 (out of 26) on: https://zebracorn.link/rulesquiz2019 - Please use your name and email from the hours system when you take it.

Houston Championships

This year, we have decided to attend Houston regardless of whether the robot qualifies or not. We believe that the Championship event is worthwhile to attend at least once for students. At the championship event there are opportunities to talk to colleges, learn about scholarships, talk to companies, give a presentation to other teams, listen to presentations from others, and volunteer. It also makes the trip significantly more affordable and easier to plan.

We won't know if the robot qualifies until after April 10th. There will NOT be a second chance to sign up for this event, so you must decide now if you will attend or not.

Hour Requirements

Build season hour requirements are 10 hours per week during build season (This will go into effect starting the week of the 7th). Please keep this in mind as you are planning your schedule and use missing hours and flex hours as required.  All students are responsible for making the required hours during build season to be eligible to attend events with the team.
