This Week

This week we are meeting on Monday evening from 5:30PM until 8:00PM.

There will NOT be a mandatory meeting this Thursday (Enjoy the spooky holiday and eat some candy instead)!!

Rumble in the Roads Plans

We will depart from NCSSM after loading up the trailer.  We will leave at exactly 2PM but would appreciate folks showing up at the lab around 1PM to assist with loading the trailer.  Show up by 1:45PM at the latest so that we can depart by 2:00PM.  We will send out a reminder request in slack on Thursday to ask for those who can come in around 1PM to do so.

Competitions

We are beginning to get questions about what competitions the team will be attending next year (2020).  We don't yet know the details for those events as we have only recently been able to sign up and been confirmed for those events.  We are still waiting on additional details.

One page where you can see which events the team will be attending, as well as other team information is The Blue Alliance: https://www.thebluealliance.com/team/900/2020

In addition to the above link, the official FIRST website contains event information for our team as well: https://frc-events.firstinspires.org/2020/team/900

We do not have confirmed details for all of our events at the moment, please be patient with us while we get all of the information together and get registered for events.  We anticipate having some details available sometime in the next few weeks. The events listed on the Team's Google Calendar available on team900.org are not necessarily events the team will be attending and are on the calendar for planning purposes.

Time Requirements

For the fall, leading up until our season gets started in January, students will be required to attend regular meetings on Thursday evenings from 5:30PM until 8:00PM. Students will need to sign in and out for these meetings to track attendance. Failure to attend the required meetings will result in removal from the team.

This requirement and many more are discussed in our Team's Handbook, which you can find below.

Handbook

The new Team Handbook is available here: https://team900.org/handbook/

Along with the new handbook, there is also a new pre-season calendar for the team and a checklist that new members might find helpful. The forms are also available now too!!!

Forms!

That's right!!! Our forms are ready for everyone to read and sign! Just the forms from the end of the handbook are available here for you to download (right here, click this link). When completed, they can be scanned and emailed to mentors@team900.org or brought into the lab for us.

Questions?

As always, if you have any questions, please send an email to mentors@team900.org.
