* or 11,000 heads of lettuce
* or 25,000 lbs. of potatoes
* or 8,900 lbs. of sweet corn
* or 640 lbs. 0f cotton lint
California produces 80% of the world’s supply of almonds. It takes 1,000 lbs. of Almonds to make 1 pint of almond oil. Almonds are only one of two nuts mentioned in the Bible (Genisis 43:11) the other is the pistachio nut.
