Comings & Goings
This month we say Thank You to Chef Alan Zox who has served as our Executive Director for the past two years. Alan is retiring and will be stepping into a board advisory role as he and his wife will be traveling more. You will still ‘see’ Alan via his recipes and continued contributions to our mission.
We also welcome our newest board member, Linda Davey. Linda is a veteran of the hospitality industry with a focus on food & beverage operations and customer service. She has worked in both large restaurant chains and small, local establishments, as well as contracted food service environments. In addition, Linda has taught courses in food safety, management, accounting, customer service, and basic food preparation skills at the college level as well as to industry professionals. A great addition to our team.
