Event: Elevate Change Success with Prosci Methodology Enhancements
Learn more about enhancements to Prosci methodology and the benefits for you as a change practitioner.

The enhanced Prosci Methodology was released in 2021. As a trusted partner to people and organizations around the world, Prosci continually searches for better ways to manage the people side of change and keep you on the forefront of the discipline. We’re casting a new light on the practice of change management—through innovation, research, and critical practitioner insights—with seven key enhancements to the Prosci Methodology. In this session, you will learn more about the enhancements and most importantly – the benefits for you as a change practitioner.

The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) is going through an exciting time of change, and their Organizational Development and Effectiveness department is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join their team.

The Change Management Specialist will lead large transformational projects and support the organization in successfully navigating change and achieving their corporate strategy. This role will work closely with project teams and make project level decisions and recommendations about change management needs. Additionally, this role will advise senior leadership on key people priorities, drive efficiencies and enhance the change experience through strategic people-focused change management practices.
