Welcome to the first DiA newsletter!

August 2013

Welcome to the first Discovery in Action newsletter! Through our work we regularly access and develop some fantastic resources on practical leadership and management issues - we want to make sure this is shared widely with our program members, colleagues, clients and anyone else trying to improve their leadership practice!

This monthly newsletter will include interesting posts and articles, links to relevant videos, reference to new tips and hints guides and other useful models and resources.

We encourage you to share the newsletter with others as well - the more people working on their leadership practice the better!

Paul and Melanie Eyres

We have made a simple card game that explores some of the motivators posed by experts such as Herzberg and Daniel Pink. This might help you to have a conversation about the 'hot buttons' to push for individuals in your team.
