ICRC'S DIGITAL TOOLS ON INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW

This new document (.pdf) provides a complete overview of ICRC's digital tools on for teaching and learning IHL. Those include online publications, treaty and customary law databases, handbooks and other training material.

UPDATE OF THE CUSTOMARY IHL DATABASE

The Customary IHL database contains the 161 rules identified in the 2005 study, the practice underlying them and regular practice updates. New practice from two countries (Canada and India) just added.
