Gilbert and Sullivan's comic opera Ruddigore, or The Witch’s Curse will be performed in Kreielsheimer Hall 105. There is no admission charge, but a donation is suggested. Seating is limited and first-come, first served. A parody of the Victorian melodramas popular in the late 1800s, Ruddigore is set in the pastoral village of Ruddigore, where a witch placed a dreadful curse on the baronets in power. Each successive baronet must commit a crime each day to avoid painful death. Ruddigore is replete with dastardly villains, suffering heroes and even professional bridesmaids and ghosts. Music direction is by Claudia Simpson-Jones.

2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26
