Obon, the midsummer festival of the dead, is observed in Japanese-American communities all over America. It's a centuries-old celebration that features bon-style folk dancing, live music, taiko drumming, games and amazing food. Oly's festival is produced by the Olympia Japanese American Citizens’ League.
