Denver Neighborhoods With The Highest Appreciation
An Overview of the Denver Market : Real estate in Denver has done more than recover from the housing crisis of 2007. It is booming. Neighborhood Scout estimated an annual appreciation rate of 8.53% over the last two years — much higher than the national average. Houses have seen a 174.71% increase in value since 1990 and a 28.54 percent increase in the last decade.
