HomesteadCS' Executive Director, Marie Morse is on the State’s Asset and Opportunities Network steering committee. Marie is excited to be on this committee to bring good things back to our surrounding ten counties.

The Network is a statewide coalition that works to advance the National A&O Network financial security framework to increase one's assets. Linking low-wealth Hoosiers to financial empowerment organizations and financial literacy workshops will help aid them in the first steps toward understanding the importance of maximizing income, managing and saving money, and investing in long-term goals. Homeward Bound is a series of annual events that take place in communities throughout Indiana to raise funding for and awareness about affordable housing and homelessness.

Each Homeward Bound event is organized and governed by a local steering committee made up of dedicated community leaders. Every dollar raised goes directly to the benefiting agencies.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that decreases foreclosure, increases homeownership, and ensures that families in Tippecanoe, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Putnam, Warren, and White Counties have a safe, affordable homes.

Our programs make clients aware of their options in order for them to make informed decisions. If further action is necessary, we work on the client's behalf to achieve the best possible solution.

Because we are certified by the State of Indiana and the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), our clients have access to additional resources that for-profit organizations are unable to offer.

With the help of grants and charitable donations, nearly all of our programs are free.
