Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund can help you pay your mortgage. Are you, or someone you know, having trouble making your mortgage payment or facing the threat of foreclosure due to circumstances beyond your control? If you are currently struggling to pay your mortgage because of an involuntary loss of or significant reduction in employment income; a substantial reduction in household income due to death of a contributing household member; significant expenses related to non-elective medical procedures or a significant reduction in income due to military service, Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund may be able to help you save your home.
