Racketball

Our racketball demo on Thursday was attended primarily by new members but was very worthwhile and Sam, Rob and I had a good chance to trial the sport.

The nature of the game means less lunging so it will appeal to the older, less mobile and novice players. One thing I learnt was that after playing Racketball squash becomes a very tough sport. I'm keen to try it again and if you haven't seen the video on Facebook here's a link to Rob and Sam in action.

Gear available

Catch me at the club either this coming Monday or Thursday evening if you'd like to check them out.
  • Tecnifibre Carboflex 135g $190
  • Grips (incl re-gripping): $5
  • Single yellow ball: $7
New range of rackets arriving shortly, don't buy just yet!!
Looking forward to another round on interclub on Monday night with a break the following week for Easter.

Best regards
