Turmeric Tonic
1/2 tsp. Pine Pollen + Reishi + Lion's Mane
1 tsp. Turmeric
in your favorite, go-to Jun or Kombucha


Iced Matcha
1 tsp. White Dragon Matcha + 1/2 tsp. Moringa + Ashitaba + Astragalus
prepared traditionally or modern, served over ice

Green H20
1/2 tsp. Chlorella + squeeze of lemon
in Spring water to sip in the am and bring with you throughout the day
