Competence in a Time of COVID

On Wednesday, March 25, 2019 at 12:00 noon, Professor Dane S. Ciolino and New Orleans lawyer Ernie Svenson will present a one-hour webinar entitled “Competency in a Time of COVID.” During the program, they will discuss the legal ethics issues facing lawyers in the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. More particularly, they will address the threats to lawyer competency, diligence, and communication during the crisis, and discuss a range of solutions using technology readily available to all lawyers.

The webinar is co-sponsored by LawFirm Autopilot, Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and Louisiana Legal Ethics.
