PFC at the 6th National Conference on Grazing Lands- Grapevine, Texas
Partners for Conservation attended the 6th National Conference on Grazing Lands hosted by the National Grazinglands Coalition  December 13-16 in Grapevine, Texas.  The conference convened close to 700 landowners, public land managers, agency staff, academics and others to share knowledge and experience on grazing land management, rural sustainability and a number of topics concerning stewardship of land and landscapes. This conference regularly features a large number of landowner presentations which this year included a number of presentations from landowners who are PFC board members or that participate in Partners for Conservation events including Bill Sproul (KS), Gary Price (TX), Bill Barby (KS) and Lyle Perman (SD). This conference, held every three years,  is an excellent opportunity to hear from landowners regarding their stewardship challenges and successes.
