FIND AN OFFICE CLOSE TO YOU

Coronavirus Preparedness

We want to ensure you that as the COVID-19 outbreak unfolds, we continue to pay close attention to the situation and have contingency plans in place to provide a safe environment for all.

With the swift updates we have received from the CDC as well as  state and local officials, we have made the decision to limit our services to TELEHEALTH ONLY for the remainder of March, 2020.

We will be following the prescriptive advice of 'social distancing' and limiting our client and staff exposure to the outbreak by starting with TELEHEALTH ONLY on Monday, March 16, 2020. Your provider will contact you shortly with updates on how to use our telehealth service. Here are the current updates from the State of Oregon.

Telehealth Starts March 16, 2020

We know our neighbors in the community are worried and we remain available to help all of our patients. For your safety and the safety of everyone in the community, our counseling and psychiatric sessions will be done securely over the internet for the time being, starting Monday, March 16, 2020. We have a secure, HIPAA compliant system ready to go for telehealth sessions with our providers.

Late Cancel Leniency

During this outbreak, we will suspend our late cancel fees. If you are unable to make your telehealth appointment, please contact us to cancel your appointment. If you call, text or email ahead of time, you will not be charged the late cancel fee. A no show will still incur a charge so please contact us ahead of time with as much notice as possible.

Please Remember

Symptoms appear from two to 14 days after exposure, according to the CDC. As with any communicable disease, such as the flu, please:

  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing.
  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Hand washing is better than hand sanitizer, but hand sanitizer is better than nothing.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
