Spring 2015
GBds Plans Relocation
GBds has signed a lease for new office space at 23 Washington Street in Pleasantville, NY and we will be moving in June.  Our new office will be on the second floor of a 1920’s building downtown, near to the Jacob Burns Film Center and the train station.  Demolition has been completed and the renovation is underway.  With on-site parking and proximity to all village amenities, we are excited about being part of this great community.

Selected Projects Under Construction

Zwilling JA Henckels U.S. Logistics Headquarters in Pleasantville is moving close to completion with punch list items remaining on the interior and installation of the exterior slate rain screen façade.  The final phase of the project is the design and construction of the cooking school / showroom near the main building entrance.  For the cooking school / showroom, GBds is providing expanded construction administration services including bidding and coordinating multiple specialty contracts.

161 Bowery

Alterations of the 6th floor and Lobby of 161 Bowery in New York City are nearing completion.  The original 1917 building is being fully renovated for modern tech offices with amenities such as glass enclosed conference rooms, open loft spaces, lounge areas and kitchenettes with integrated kegerators.  A roof terrace for tenant use and other office floor renovations will start construction in the spring.
