Halloween “Car”nival looking for decorated homes

The Richmond Beach Community Association would like to encourage families to decorate for Halloween on Saturday, October 24 for the Haunted Homes event. The RBCA will create a map of decorated places and families can drive through the community taking in the sights in a fun, safe way. Please send an email with your address stating your haunted house will be participating that night. Decorations do not need to be extravagant; a simple pumpkin, bat or skeleton would be enough. Get creative and share this fun filled night with the community. We want to be sure all our “spirited” locations will be on the map. Please send your information to

Starting in October, the annul RBCA Halloween Carnival continues, but in a new and safe way. As with any good carnival, will be different games to play and attractions to experience.  From a community scavenger hunt to selfie station and even a haunted homes tour. More information can be found on our website at
