We have officially opened our KBGE Oklahoma City office and expanded our services throughout the state. It's an exciting milestone for us, especially as this year marks KBGE's fifth anniversary!
Did you know that Oklahoma City ranks third on the list of best large cities to start a business? Also, private construction and manufacturing employment numbers are on the rise; the city is moving forward with the replacement of its downtown convention center; and the capital city offers a state-of-the-art aquatic adventure facility (one of only a few in the world!). The region is booming, and we’re thrilled to be in the midst of its growth and development.
Stayed tuned as we continue to expand our practice in Oklahoma, and see what else we're up to on the KBGE website. We hope to hear from you soon.

Cottonwood Creek is a 42-acre, single-family residential subdivision in Oklahoma City and part of the abandoned Westbury Golf Course redevelopment. KBGE provided engineering and consulting services during the entitlement, design and procurement phases of the project, as well as H&H design analysis of Mustang Creek to reclaim a portion of the existing floodplain for development. In addition, our team worked to preserve mature groves of trees located onsite and to establish a natural jogging trail throughout the development. Construction is anticipated to begin this month.
The KBGE team is managing the civil engineering work for the Sleep Number retail location in the Quail Springs area of Oklahoma City. A stand-alone building in an existing shopping center on Memorial Road, our team is responsible for managing the entitlements, design and permitting services for the mattress chain's local retail location.
KBGE managed the civil engineering for Windmill Park, a 20-acre, single-family residential subdivision located in Piedmont, Oklahoma. KBGE provided engineering and consulting services during the entitlement and design phases of the project, and implemented a strategic schedule to align with Neal McGee Homes’ project objectives and timeline. This project will break ground later this month and should begin to welcome new families toward the end of this year.
