See what the Lord has done!
You (The Way of the Spirit) and I will circumnavigate the globe. We are going to set sail in a craft that may look small and frail next to other outfits and your resources will seem slender if you give into the temptation to make comparisons...you will be fully dependant on the wind of my Spirit both to guide and propel you – part of a prophetic word given to me in 2003.
I'm sitting in Norwich, in sub-zero temperatures, trusting our scheduled flight to Nagaland will indeed take off tomorrow morning. Another team waits to go –also tomorrow – to Burundi. Immediately following these missions a larger team flies to Kampala and after that yet another travels to Zambia.
Each of these missions is to trainee or serving pastors and leaders and each has had to see the provision of funds (as I write the Burundian mission crew still require £1k for the printing of materials to facilitate the conference they will run.)
At at time when, after seven frutiful and miraculous years at Framingham Earl Hall the lease is coming to an end, and we ask 'what next?' God is speaking to us here to lift our eyes from local and even national to the global. One day Jacob will fill all the world with fruit Isaiah 27.6. Get yourselves ready - I've appointed you as a prophet to the nations (Jeremiah 1.5b).
Since the new year the full-time school has changed from a college with three terms a year into a six month discipleship school, resembling perhaps Samuel's band of prophets, or Wycliffe's Lollards: a community living out the prophetic lifestyle (from the material we have inherited and have been teaching and living out ourselves for a number of years) with the mandate to send teams out locally, regionally, nationally and globally (Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth).
We are calling it the School of Applied Prophetic Faith (and there is room and still time for a few more folk to come and join us - just click the button below to ask for more information or arrange a telephone call).
Whatever God finally shows us regarding FEH, the community of prophetic Bible Teachers will remain in Norwich and continue to go from strength to strength as we continue to seek to live out the principals we teach and we will be more ready than ever to go – whenever and to wherever He says.
The conferences, an imminent new web site, forthcoming Israel conference, more missions through the year (with more finance needed for each!) all lie ahead.
Meanwhile I'm getting an early night before getting up ridiculously early to be driven by Land-rover by a good friend ready to make sure we get to the airport through whatever snow drifts may threaten to ambush the mission. There are many other things to say but they can wait for the next letter from Norwich.
