Harrow Cycle Hub has new Learn to Ride courses this Autumn at the Civic Centre for complete beginners, and Confidence Builder courses for people who can pedal and balance, but want to improve skills and gain confidence. At the end of Confidence Builder we offer an FREE easy Beginner Ride on local quiet roads, for you to practise. Bike hire available for all courses. Check them out here

Worried about punctures? Our Puncture Repair course is for you. We have space on October 8th and November 12th - both courses at Harrow Recreation Ground under the canopy.
Our new Wheels for All Coordinator is Maryanne Smith. We’d like to thank Louise Weldon, CEO of Harrow Association of Disabled People, for helping with Maryanne’s recruitment. Maryanne has a degree and postgraduate training in Law, worked for Sky as a Rights Manager and is an experienced Guided Ride Leader. She has lived in Harrow all her life.
Maryanne looks forward to welcoming people to Wheels for All, which will enable people to cycle who find standard two-wheelers difficult. Please watch out for news about sessions. If you’d like to know about volunteering, please email Maryanne.
This is Maryanne in her ‘happy place’, Richmond Hill, to which she often leads people on rides.
Huge thanks to our supporter Krishna Mandalia who raised £900 for Wheels for All at Ride London earlier this year. She is pictured here with her husband and brother after the finish. Krishna was doing the sportive for the first time and completed 60 miles in 4 hours 45 minutes - much faster than she expected. She said she was very sore afterwards, but pleased to have raised all that money for such a good cause.

'I wanted to support the Wheels for All project because I believe everyone should have a chance to experience the freedom and enjoyment that riding a bike brings.'

Would you like to fundraise to enable more people to cycle, using adapted cycles like the one below? Please email our Fundraising Officer Katherine.

Have you learned to ride, but are a bit nervous about going out on the roads? Pragna Shah, Hub volunteer who is a Ride Leader and Coach, completed 100 Breeze rides for women in August. She is leading a series of beginner rides from Hatch End in November. Here she is (top right) with local ride leaders Saba, Renata, Lisa, Fatema, Penny, Janet and Julie, most of whom are also volunteering for the Hub. Thank you everyone! To join Pragna's or any other rides, please create an account on and sign up to the groups Harrow Cycle Hub (for men and women) and Breeze Harrow (for women). Then you can book on any ride that takes your fancy. All are free of charge and led by qualified volunteers.
