Resume Review and Mock Interviews

Join us as we help the current brothers of the Iota Pi chapter learn how to prepare for the workforce after graduation.  The chapter has requested that alumni help review resumes, conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to attendees about how they can stand out and better portray themselves during the job hunt.  This is an opportunity for us to really share our knowledge with our younger student brothers.

The event will be held at the CNU campus in Luter Hall, Rooms 142, 111 and 131 from noon until 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 9.  Please dress professionally for this activity.

If you have any questions feel free to contact Brian McKelvey or Kayleigh Lawson

Top Golf Outing

Mark your calendars and plan to join your brothers for an outing at Top Golf in Virginia Beach!  If you're not familiar with Top Golf, opened in Hampton roads just a few months ago and combines golf, bowling, and a VIP bar atmosphere to provide an amazing outing for young adults.   The outing is scheduled for April 23 at 4pm.  HRAC members will be able to participate at a discounted rate (food, drinks and $5 initial fee not included) for the first two hours.  Tickets must be purchased in advance.

5th Annual Cookout

Mark your calendars, brothers.  On Sunday, May 22, the Hampton Roads Alumni Chapter will host its fifth annual cookout.  This year, the cookout will be held at Sandy Bottom Nature Park in Hampton, VA and will begin at 3:00 pm.

As always, the cookout is a pot luck event where the chapter will provide the entree and each brother is asked to contribute a dish for the event.  This is usually the largest event that the HRAC hosts.  We hope you will make note of this date and plan to attend.
