Tom's Back Journey

I wanted to share something on the personal side in this month's Newsletter. Up until May of this year I had struggled with significant back pain for over two years. I had been to several doctors including a neurosurgeon several times with three separate MRIs that showed I had significant herniations in my lower back.
The pain had gotten so bad that I was unable to engage in any physical activity and in fact couldn't stand in one place for more than a minute or two before having to sit down because of the pain.
I had finally gotten to the point where I was so desperate for relief that I scheduled back surgery in April of this year. In fact, I had gotten up to the day before my surgery when my primary care physician had to pull me off the surgical schedule.
That's when someone told me about a book that would resolve all my back pain. Of course I was completely dubious that a book could heal something that several doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, etc. couldn't help for more than two years.
I read the book twice in one weekend because I didn't believe it the first time I read it. But by the end of the weekend my back was 80% better. And my back was 90% better after following the suggestions in the book every day over the next week to the point that I actually went running that next Saturday morning.
I am now running three times a week, 4 miles each time with no back pain. I have my life back without any surgery. I would have never dreamt it possible. I can't begin to tell you all the things written in this book, but I can recommend it without reservation.
I know there are thousands of people suffering from back pain like myself who have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the problem with little to no results. Reading a $10 book has permanently resolved all my back issues.
The name of the book is "Healing Back Pain" by Dr. John Sarno. He says there is a 90 to 95% success rate. If any of you have back problems or even issues like fibromyalgia, he has something very significant to say to help you. You can purchase the book below.
I hope you find relief. If you do I would love to hear your story.
