Dear Reader,

The month of September brought interesting news in the tech world. In this issue, we've featured the progress made by large tech companies such as Facebook, YouTube, and Apple. Social media giant Facebook, for example, continues to go for the gold by going green, using more renewable energy resources for its tech operations.

Our newsletter also features an article about the recent British Airways data breach that affected many consumers.

Along with our blog updates, we have some special highlights from Glendale Tech Week and a message from our CEO, Ara Aslanian.

As always, we hope you enjoy this issue. Happy reading!

A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
_____

Dear Friends,

IT companies like us enter our busiest time as the end of the year draws closer. This is when most of our clients start to think about technology upgrades, changes, and relocation of offices. We ended the summer with a few fun and exciting projects including our participation in and sponsorship of the 3rd Annual Glendale Tech Week. I was personally involved with Co-Chairing the Pitchfest event, where new entrepreneurs came to pitch their startup ideas in front of a panel of judges for a prize package. In addition, I am also happy to announce that our data storage, backup, and recovery solution reevert was selected as the Security Product of the Year.

In addition to our day-to-day support, we focus on educating our clients about the ever-growing cyber security risks. By conducting periodic email simulation attacks and penetration testing, our goal remains as this: staying one step ahead of cyber criminals - a mission that is becoming more and more difficult. I encourage everyone to download and review our security guides if you haven't done so already, as it's always good to remind yourself what to look out for, especially when most of us are bombarded with hundreds of emails on a daily basis. As we now begin the month of October, be sure to check out our "31 Days of Cybersecurity Tips" posted daily on our social media page for this National Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

We look forward to a great 4th quarter, and as always, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
Ara Aslanian, CEO of Inverselogic, Inc.
