This intensive course provides a hands-on approach to learning the basic concepts and techniques of the professional chocolatier. Carefully constructed lectures and lessons combine with intimate tactile instruction to give students a solid grasp of the fundamentals of chocolate. $1,500 per person, only 4 spaces available.
