New Study Reveals Startling Results

We conducted a multi-year study on severe allergic reactions. The results raise significant concern about physician knowledge of this condition. Many doctors did not know:

  • All potential symptoms of anaphylaxis.
  • Restaurants and ambulances are not required to stock epinephrine.
  • Milk and eggs are common triggers for allergic reactions.
  • Food allergies can have a major impact on quality of life for patients.
  • And more...

The study shows not only patients and the public need education about anaphylaxis. Health professionals need to become familiar with the professional guidelines for anaphylaxis.

Mylan Specialty has launched a series of new offerings available through the EpiPen4Schools® program to support the growing need for education among school staff about anaphylaxis, a life-threatening allergic reaction. Visit to find out more.
