Honor Your Child or Grandchild

A child with food allergies must be food allergy aware every single day.

During this week dedicated to raising awareness of food allergies, please help us continue to change lives.

Honor your child by making a donation to Kids With Food Allergies (KFA). Until there is a cure, KFA will provide practical support for families. At KFA, parents learn how to handle difficult situations to keep their children safe and healthy.

Any gift you gift will save lives. We thank you on behalf of all the families we serve.

All donations go toward KFA's mission to benefit children with food allergies. Kids With Food Allergies is a division of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA). Founded in 1953, AAFA is the leading patient organization for people with asthma, allergies and related conditions. All gifts are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.

CELEBRATE KFA'S 10th ANNIVERSARY WITH US!

In 2005, Kids With Food Allergies (KFA) was created with a mission to help make a safe and healthy future for children with food allergies! Today, as a division of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), KFA’s passion, focus and mission remain the same – but now it’s even stronger.

We want to say THANK YOU to all of our supporters!

Please join us to celebrate KFA's 10th anniversary at BlackRock Center for the Arts in Germantown, Maryland, on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:30 PM.

We will honor KFA’s founder, Lynda Mitchell, and unveil a special glass-tile mosaic created by talented young student artists and kids living with food allergies to commemorate KFA's outstanding past, and its future work with AAFA.

“Food Allergies Rock” musician Kyle Dine will entertain us – children are welcome!

The event is FREE and space is limited! To R.S.V.P., please call our office at 215-230-5394, or email Michele Cassalia, our Corporate Relations Director, at mcassalia@kidswithfoodallergies.org.

Familiar with Allergies. Corn is New. Help!

"I'm not looking for medical advice-I'm a pediatrician, he has a great ped, great gastroenterologist, and a decent allergist. Everybody has been saying "corn starch and syrup should be ok" for him, but I know from reading every old corn thread on here that some kids haven't read the textbooks."
