May Luncheon Featured Speaker:
Lucie Zillinger, Senior Consultant with IMPAQ Corp holds a degree in Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering as well as several certificates in Leadership and Management Development. Lucie worked as a full cycle Capital Project Manager, Manager of Technical, Maintenance and Environmental Departments and as a Business Process Improvement Specialist for 15 years with Nova Chemicals before transitioning into consulting and coaching for business development.  She has been a Management and Business Development Coach now for 9 years.
Lucie lives with her husband and a handful of four legged critters in Armstrong, BC where they operate an Organic farm specializing in Ancient Grains. With a long term partner the couple also own and operate Global Tube and Wire and Geo PSI, which develop and manufacture technology for the Energy industry.
Sought after for her practical “been there” perspective and ability to translate theory and models into practice, she has been helping entrepreneurial organizations navigate the challenging transitions and stages of growth necessary to take them to the next level. Having a unique skill set that enables the integration of the ‘whole ‘ system by connecting people, developing systems, optimizing collective execution and focusing on the core purpose and desired outcomes of an Organization has allowed her to create substantial, sustainable results for her clients.
Known for her holistic team and shared leadership approach, she has a passion for empowering people to create an accountable, high performing organization and ultimately transforming their lives and their businesses.
Lucie’s consulting and management experience have included engagements in Food, Agriculture, Packaging, Project Management, Engineering/Technical Services, Recreational Service and Manufacturing industries.  She has worked for start-ups with 5 people to organizations of thousands but has a soft spot for working with founders who are often self- made, fuelled on passion but struggle with the necessary skills and demands required for continuous growth.
A relative new comer to the IMPAQ group, known for transforming work cultures and accountability for breakthrough results around the world, Lucie is a natural fit.  IMPAQ has an impressive list of first tier clients the likes of HP, Michelin, Honda, The Gap, Chevron, Municipalities, Hospital and Health Care Centers, among the many. A lifelong learner, Lucie has been on an intensive qualifying program (also known as drinking from a fire hose!) in IMPAQ’s innovative methodologies for the past year and a half.  It is very exciting that Lucie can now offer a consulting platform of such caliber as a local practitioner in the Okanangan Valley.
