On the Conference day...

At the morning tea, strike a conversation. Explain what you do, and how do you contribute to your current team. If you see a mentor in the other person, be receptive to learn. In all cases, ask for their business card. 

In the first tea break, recall your morning conversations and think about how you can add something that can generate curiosity in others. Be relevant, talk design, and appear to be learning and sharing.

might be looking for.

After the conference...

Send your new friends a thank you email. Build on that relationship, and your path may intersect at another conference, or in your next interview, for a new business lead, or in work contract. 

When you will convert a lead or win employment from someone you meet in this OUTCOME participants,
