ARH Announces Mental Health
Research Funding for 2018

Australian Rotary Health is pleased to announce they will dedicate $1,598,008 towards research in a wide variety of mental health areas in 2018.

This includes 11 new Mental Health Research Grant projects, 10 continuing Mental Health Research Grant projects, 2 new Postdoctoral Fellowships, 2 continuing Postdoctoral Fellowships, and 4 new Ian Scott PhD Scholarships in mental health.

It seems one popular New Years resolution this year may be to stop using drinking as a coping mechanism for anxiety, after registrations for the new online Inroads Program (funded by Australian Rotary Health) poured in during the first week of January.

2018 Ride for Medical Research
“Jail to Trail Tour”

Join Rotary District 9810 on the 2018 Ride for Medical Research “Jail to Trail Tour” from March 4-9, 2018.

The District will cover approximately 600km over 6 days, as they plan to raise their next million dollars for Australian Rotary Health research.

Rotary District 9790 “Riverina Ramble”
Ride to Conference 2018

Rotarians who cycle are invited to participate in Rotary District 9790’s 10th Ride to Conference.

The 617km ride is a six day event, commencing at Mulwala on Saturday March 17 and finishing at Mulwala Golf Club on Thursday March 22.
