Webinar: Proposed Changes to Common Rule

Do you conduct research with human volunteers? There may be changes to federal regulations for the way research studies are planned and conducted. To learn about the regulations, ask questions, and engage in discussions with experts about the rules that govern research studies in the United States, sign up for this webinar:

Take Graduate Classes to Hone Your Research Skills

Did you know you can take courses in Tufts CTSI's Clinical and Translational Science (CTS) Graduate Program without being admitted to a degree program? Enroll as a Special Student at the Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences to take PhD and Master's-level courses in topics such as biostatistics, epidemiology, scientific writing, study design, health services research, and clinical trials.

Anyone can be a Special Student: an employee of Tufts University, a graduate of a Tufts program, or someone outside of Tufts who wishes to take a course. Up to two courses can later count toward a certificate or degree.

If you're interested in improving your clinical research skills and not yet ready to commit to a degree program, enrolling as a Special Student is a great way to explore clinical and translational science. Complete a Special Student Application by December 21. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Elizabeth Wiltrout, PhD, Graduate Program Manager.
