MediaFutures celebrates its first anniversary 

Last month MediaFutures celebrated its first anniversary with a successful Annual Meeting. The event brought over 70 guests from Norway and abroad and was filled with inspiring talks, presentations and workshops. We thank all participants and look forward to next year's meeting already!

Boston-Bergen Forum on Digital Features

MediaFutures and UMass Boston Applied Ethics Center invite to panel series "Boston-Bergen Forum on Digital Features". The panel debates will take place on October 21st and November 24th. The event series is co-sponsored by the Human Rights & Technology Program at the MIT Center for International Studies.

MediaFutures Seminar: 
Countering rumours in online social media: A comprehensive response with the focus on ML-based approaches

MediaFutures is pleased to announce that Amir Ebrahimi Fard, Postdoctoral Researcher on Explainable AI at Maastricht University, will hold a seminar on the 29th of October, at 12:00. The seminar regards response to counter rumour spreading in social media.
