MediaFutures Annual Meeting 2021

We are pleased to announce the programme for MediaFutures first Annual Meeting. The event will take place in Bergen, on September 29-30. Registering in advance is required.

The MediaFutures Centre has over the past weeks welcomed many new employees, and we are delighted to introduce them. Please welcome Anastasiia Klimashevskaia, Ayoub El Majjodi, John Magnus Ragnhildson Dahl, Malgorzata Anna Pacholczyk and Snorre Alvsvåg.

MediaFutures contributes to the International Forum on Counteracting Extreme Terrorism

The event, organized by the University of Bergen in cooperation with MediaFutures, was held on August 25-27 and featured leading guests in counteracting right extremism. MediaFutures Centre Director Prof. Christoph Trattner participated in discussion on filter bubbles and was also involved in chairing a workshop organized by Twitter.
