March 2016 e-Newsletter.

We started March by hosting the 5th Veterans Instameet in Circular Quay and ended the month up in North Queensland shooting a stunning wedding.

I also had the honour of finally meeting one of MRyan Photography's biggest supporters.

Veterans Instameet 5.0.

Warrick and I hosted the 5th Veterans Instameet on Sunday 6th of March. We had the usual crew with a few new faces.

We met at Circular Quay station mid afternoon and made our way around to the Opera House and into the Botanical Gardens.

We ended the afternoon with a sunset shoot from Mrs Macquarie's Chair overlooking Sydney Harbour and the city skyline.

Patrick & Victoria's Wedding

We flew up to Townsville over the Easter Long Weekend to shoot the intimate wedding of Patrick and Victoria.

I've known the couple for a number of years now, so I was honoured to have been such a vital part of their big day. I enjoyed every moment of it, and I truly wish the couple the very best as they begin their journey as man & wife.

Do you know anyone engaged, looking to get married? I'd love for you to pass on this email to them or get them to check out my website!

Everyday heroes.

Out of the kindness of their hearts and desire to support our troops serving overseas, Caroline and Martin from Adelaide sent off a bunch of care packages. I was one of the lucky recipients to receive their generosity whilst serving in Afghanistan in 2012.

After four years, I finally had the honour of meeting this lovely couple whilst they were visiting Sydney. They have been huge supporters of MRyan Photography over the past few years!

The best part, they are still to this day sending care packages to our troops currently serving overseas.

On behalf of every man and woman whose been lucky enough to receive one of your care packs, I thank you both for the boost of morale these little brown boxes bring and we salute you for your support.

Veterans Instameet 6.0.

We will be hosting the next Veterans Instameet on Sunday the 15th of May 2016.

We will be stepping away from the city this time, heading out to the Western Sydney Parklands. The plan is to meet at 3pm in Elizabeth Hills and ending the afternoon with a sunset shoot over Cecil Hills Lake.

While on patrol, Mathew Ryan Bell carried his camera with him to capture the reality of everyday life as an Aussie soldier serving in Afghanistan. Explore one of the most dangerous places on earth through unique images that encapsulate the beauty of the countryside with an honesty unmatched by others.

Uncompromising and raw, this is the real Afghanistan, laid bare in unflinching colour.'
